What They Needed
Printing businesses in Ethiopia often quote by hand, take cash on delivery and track orders over the phone. That leads to pricing mistakes, late payments and customers who can't see where their order is. Our client wanted customers to order, pay and follow their print jobs online.
What We Delivered
We delivered PrintOnline.et, a live online print shop with 15 print products. Customers see the exact price as they choose options, upload their artwork and pay in birr with Chapa. Every order moves through eight production steps, with an email to the customer at each one. Staff manage products, prices, orders, customers and the homepage from one dashboard.
Exact Prices, Instantly
Customers see the final price as they choose size, paper and finish, and every price is checked again before payment.
Pay in Birr With Chapa
Customers pay on Chapa's secure page, card details never reach the shop, and every payment is confirmed with Chapa.
Track Every Order to Delivery
Each order moves from design review to printing to delivery, and the customer gets an email at every step.
Send Artwork With the Order
Customers attach up to four files per item, kept privately with their order.
